  • Restorative Yin

Yin is the perfect complement to a more active yoga practice. Poses are held for extended periods to target the deeper connective tissues (including the fascia and ligaments). This helps to support flexibility and joint mobility. Class is accessible to all levels, and will provide a space to unwind, reconnect, and cultivate inner stillness. Whether you're new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, Yin Yoga invites you to slow down and find balance.

  • Restorative Yoga

Restorative yoga is a practice in yoga that encourages physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. Poses are typically held for longer than in conventional yoga as exercise classes, often with the support of props such as folded blankets, to relax the body, and reduce stress. Appropriate for all levels, restorative yoga is practiced at a slow pace, focusing on long holds, stillness, and deep breathing.
