Take Your Yoga Practice Around the World

Where Have We Been?

  • Costa Rica

Our group experienced all the best that Costa Rica has to offer, including a mangrove kayak and hike, cacao plantation tour, jaguar rescue center, and boat day complete with snorkeling. We start every morning with a yoga practice to set our intentions for a great day!

  • Italy

Each morning, we began with yoga to bring new life to your practice and start your day taking in these views of an unforgettable experience. The week brought our guests outdoor experiences truly unique to an ‘Italian summer’ - from pasta making and wine tasting, to exploring the coast by boat. We were fortunate to be in proximity to the Baia di Trentova beach, multiple Italian restaurants and cafes, and ancient Greek ruins, to name a few.

  • Greece

We visited Santorini, Greece during one of the best times of the year.  We started our days with an all-levels yoga class to ignite our senses before diving into Greek life. From preparing traditional Greek food, tasting wine from volcanic soil vineyards, to learning about the history and ruins of the caldera, attendees learned what makes this island so unique. Our trip ended amongst the Aegean Sea on a catamaran cruise to view Santorini by its infamous sunset.

  • France

We spent a week in July in the beautiful French Riviera; known for its picturesque coastline, amazing food, and some of the best wine in the world, we explored the land, culture, and ourselves through a daily yoga practice. We visited Provencal medieval town of Bormes-les-mimosas, known as the flower village, situated between the famous towns of Marseille and Nice, on the Cote d’Azur. Some highlights of our itinerary included daily yoga practice to awaken our senses, wine tour, art safari, cultural hike, daily breakfasts and dinners, an optional train ride to the famous town of Nice.

  • Inns of Aurora

Just a quick two-hour drive from Buffalo, this serene lakeside retreat sits on the shores of Cayuga Lake, right in the heart of the Finger Lakes region. Our group had exclusive access to the historic Rowland House, creating the perfect setting for rest, connection, and rejuvenation.
