We'll safely guide you through a reformer based flow and teach any necessary modifications. Build your foundation in this full body workout class: Strengthen and lengthen while experiencing hands-on assists and form correction. This ever popular series is a great way to smoothly transition into our Reformer Sculpt and Reformer Flow classes.
