Introducing Mommy & Me Yoga-lates! Blending yoga and Pilates, this class is thoughtfully designed for mamas and their little ones. Focus on core strengthening, posture, and restoring overall body balance. This class is led by a comprehensively certified yoga and Pilates instructor with specialized training in pre and postnatal movement.

Each session offers gentle and effective yoga and Pilates movements with interactive moments with your baby--encouraging connection while you move. Whether you’re newly postpartum or further along in your motherhood journey, exercises can be modified to meet you where you are.

Expect a supportive, welcoming environment where you can prioritize your wellness, meet other moms in the community, and bond with your babe!
