Pilates is a system of exercises inspired by calisthenics, yoga and ballet. The physical benefits of Pilates include improvements in posture, flexibility, strength and balance. Students will also enjoy numerous mental and emotional benefits including improved memory and cognitive function, reduced stress, and improvements in mood and overall well-being.

This mat-based Pilates class is set in our Infrared Heated studio where the temperature will be between 90-96 degrees! You will focus on strength, stability, posture, proper breath control, and flexibility. Each class will work to balance all muscle groups’ strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement.
