Fire Flow is a blend of Power Flow and traditional Vinyasa with a creative (and sweaty) twist. Fire Flow begins each class with core awakening movement, followed into a full body intensive flow, and a "Breath of Fire" breathing exercise to ensue. "Breath of Fire" is a rhythmic breath that rids of toxins by the pulsating of the diaphragm massaging the internal organs, thus improving the digestive system. It is designed to synchronize your entire system under one rhythm, thus promoting greater internal harmony and health.
