Designed for mamas and their little ones in a blended Yoga & Mat Pilates class led by Gabrielle —comprehensively certified in Yoga & Pilates with a specialization in pre and postnatal movement. This class focuses on safely strengthening your core, improving posture, stretch, mobility and more.
Movements are interactive with your baby, encouraging connection while you exercise. Whether you’re newly postpartum or further along in your motherhood journey, poses can be modified to meet you where you are.
Expect a supportive welcoming environement where you can prioritize your wellness and meet other moms in the community.
