Beginner Yoga Series

Our Beginner Yoga Series is BACK! New to yoga & not sure where to start? This is the perfect class for you!

Join us for our next Beginner Yoga Series led by Sashi! Focus on the foundations of yoga with an emphasis on proper alignment and technique. Poses will be broken down and anatomical positioning will be explained to allow anyone (from a beginner to a more experienced yogi) to deepen their practice. Breathing techniques and meditation will also be introduced. All levels welcome!


***This is a 5 week course where each week will build upon the previous! Enrolling into Week 1 will enroll you into all 5 weeks. Purchase a 5 class card OR use your monthly unlimited membership to sign up.
