Join us at Hideaway Bay Resort for Balance & Beats by the beach! Katie R will lead you through a 60 minute yoga flow to live music with our very own DJ Terry, followed by a refreshing mimosa! You are invited to stay after for brunch or rent a cabana and enjoy the rest of other day at the resort. Hideaway Bay is located at 42 Lake Avenue in Silvercreek, NY.  It’s the perfect location for a summer day adventure with your friends. We’ll see you at the beach on your mat!
