Cardio Circuit

A cardio spin on our Circuit Strength class! Working in a fun circuit format, this class combines cardio exercises with full body strength to tone and strengthen each muscle in your body to support your everyday life. Get ready to get your heart rate up and your blood pumping!

Your instructor will teach you how to perform exercises and offer modifications and progressions to make this safe and effective for all levels! You will use a combination of dumbbells, TRX, bosu balls, weight bars, body weight exercises, resistance bands and more during this class.
