Buff & Burn

Get ready for a full body burn! This class focuses on functional strength to prepare your muscles for everyday movement and longevity. You will use dumbbells, bodyweight, TRX, bands, gliders and more to develop muscles in a safe, form focused environment! This class is for all fitness levels. Sneakers are required.

What You Need To Bring:

  • Water

  • Sneakers (clean, indoor sneakers only)

  • Towel (recommended)

  • Light and/or heavier weights

  • TRX straps

  • Loop bands

  • Gliders
