Barre-Lates

Are you ready for the perfect combination class? This is a class provided for all levels and no previous experience is necessary.  Through this class you can achieve goals such as improved flexibility, muscle toning, alignment, and balance all while working on building muscles you never knew existed. Students will learn to use breathing patterns to engage deep muscles of the core.  You will follow the teacher through mat based movements as well as working at the barre. Small weights and other props are provided and used in this class.
