Join us for an advanced level class with a quicker tempo. Transitions are part of the exercises, and you'll move at a more vigorous pace during this class. Dynamic challenges and variations are sprinkled throughout the flow to create a combination of non-stop movements and strength training. Advanced Pilates exercises are higher intensity on the reformer to work your body to the max and leave your muscles aching...in a good way.

  • Sticky socks are required for all Reformer classes.

  • Must have instructor approval from Beginner Reformer Series or private Pilates sessions to take class.
