Our mission statement is simple:
Our mission is to elevate everyday wellness by providing exceptional movement experiences in thoughtfully designed spaces. Through expert-led yoga, barre, strength, and Pilates, we cultivate a community where individuals of all fitness levels feel supported, challenged, and inspired to build strength, improve mobility, and find balance in every stage of life.
About Buff & Flo
Buff & Flo is a boutique fitness studio founded in March of 2019. The original functional fitness studio to combine and offer Yoga, Barre, Strength and Pilates is located in the heart of Orchard Park. In early 2024, we fully renovated our newly purchased Main Studio at 3385 Orchard Park Road, transforming it into a bright, spacious, and state-of-the-art wellness destination. In 2026, we opened our Satellite Studio at 3716 North Buffalo Street in Orchard Park. We are excited to open our Larkinville Studio at 799 Seneca Street in Buffalo coming in Spring 2026.
Upon entering the Main Studio, you'll find a welcoming check-in area and thoughtfully curated retail space. From there, the studio flows seamlessly into three beautifully designed rooms—each tailored for a specific practice: yoga, barre/fitness, and Pilates (apparatus). We're proud to be the only infrared-heated yoga studio in Western New York, offering a cleaner, more therapeutic heat that supports muscles and joints without the added humidity.
Every aspect of our studio was created with you in mind. We’ve designed a space that prioritizes convenience, comfort, and intentional movement, allowing you to focus on your practice with ease. Every square foot has been carefully considered to offer a peaceful and purposeful experience from the moment you arrive.
We provide all essential props, including blocks, straps, and bolsters. For class, we recommend bringing a water bottle and a yoga mat when applicable. Please wear fitted, moisture-wicking workout attire for optimal comfort. Be sure to check the class descriptions for specific footwear guidance—whether barefoot, grippy socks, or sneakers are needed.

Jessica Radon
Certifications
- 200 Hour Baptiste Yoga
- Level 1 & 2 Barre Amped
- Classical Pilates Mat & Reformer
Jessica Radon is the founder and owner of Buff & Flo, the premier boutique fitness studio in Orchard Park. Originally from Connecticut and later based in Dallas, Texas, Jessica relocated to Orchard Park in 2016 with a vision of creating a studio that combined exceptional instruction, thoughtful design, community, and wellness under one roof.
With a professional background in design, Jessica restored a historic building in the heart of Orchard Park in late 2018 and transformed it into Buff & Flo, blending the building's original charm with a modern, intentional aesthetic. One of the defining elements she introduced was infrared heat, a wellness technology she personally benefited from and wanted to bring to Western New York.
Jessica's passion for teaching began as a teenager in Connecticut while working with the National Cheerleaders Association. By her third year she became a Head Instructor, traveling throughout the Northeast to lead camps and clinics while developing a lifelong passion for coaching, leadership, and helping others grow.
Her professional career later expanded into the apparel industry, where she developed and led teams nationwide. Today she serves as the Vice President of Design and Custom Apparel Management for Varsity All Star Fashion & Varsity Spirit.
As her career accelerated, yoga became much more than exercise—it became a source of balance, healing, and clarity. Following the birth of her son, Jessica credits yoga with helping her navigate postpartum challenges and inspiring her to deepen her practice.
She completed both Level 1 and Level 2 Baptiste Yoga Teacher Training, honoring the integrity of Power Yoga while leading strong, purpose-driven flow classes that challenge both body and mind.
Her passion for movement continued to evolve through Barre Amped training before she dedicated several months to studying Classical Pilates Education, completing comprehensive Mat and Reformer certifications rooted in Joseph Pilates' original method.
Jessica believes movement should be intentional, technique-driven, and welcoming to everyone. Every class emphasizes alignment, breathwork, proper form, and building confidence that extends well beyond the studio walls.
As Buff & Flo continued to grow, Jessica recognized strong leadership potential in Cat Henry. She mentored Cat in business operations, leadership, and studio management, helping her become an integral partner in the continued growth of the studio.
Jessica has created an inclusive environment where clients of every age, experience level, and fitness background feel welcomed from the moment they walk through the doors. She encourages every instructor to bring their own strengths and personality while maintaining the highest standards of education, technique, and care.
Her goal is simple: to build a community where people feel inspired, supported, challenged, and excited to return—whether it's their first class or their five-hundredth.

Gabrielle is a Buffalo native yoga and barre instructor. Her yoga journey started in 2008 as a way to condition for running. Growing up in dance made the style of vinyasa yoga a perfect pair. Her passion of yoga grew while working in Baltimore and helping create international yoga retreats, and obtained her 200hr RYT in 2016 in Baltimore, MD.
After becoming a yoga instructor and teaching power yoga, she created a yoga program for paraplegics at Kennedy Krieger Institute in Baltimore while training in trauma related disabilities and movement therapy.
Moving back to Buffalo in 2018 while starting a family, allowed her to bring her new knowledge and passion to the studio. Her power yoga classes are centered around synchronizing mindful movements that help you better understand your control over the physical and mental bodies.
To deepen this understanding, she obtained barre training in 2020 and recently began schooling for physical therapy.
A mother to two young boys at home (3 & 10months!) Opened the doors for Buff & Flo's Mommy & Me classes, as well as prenatal classes, to happily create a community and space for mothers and mothers-to-be!
The love for adventure is still ever present and she began co-creating yoga retreats for Buff&Flo and eager to create more for the years ahead (stay tuned!).

Diane first practiced yoga using Rodney Yee’s AM/PM Yoga dvd and occasionally took a yoga class at the gym. These classes always gave her a good stretch, but she usually put them to the side in favor of running or mountain biking. It wasn’t until Diane moved around the corner from the original Buff and Flo in 2021 that she discovered the mindful movement of a heated power flow. After her first class with Kelsey, she was hooked. At first she didn’t know the poses, but she kept showing up to grow her practice. Every teacher at Buff and Flo shaped her journey toward completing a 200-hour vinyasa flow teacher training during the summer of 2024. And now she’s ready to give back to the yoga community that celebrates personal growth on and off the mat.

Jessica Radon is the founder and owner of Buff & Flo, the premier boutique fitness studio in Orchard Park. Originally from Connecticut and later based in Dallas, TX, Jessica relocated to Orchard Park in 2016. While she loved exploring different fitness studios during her transition to WNY, she felt a strong desire for a local space that combined high-quality instruction, a sense of community, and the thoughtful aesthetics she had experienced in studios around the country. Alongside the ease of being able to go to one place for all of your fitness & wellness needs.
Jessica saw an opportunity to bring that vision to life by first restoring a historic building in the heart of Orchard Park in late 2018. With a professional background in design, she blended the building’s original charm with a modern, intentional design to create Buff & Flo—a space that felt both inspiring and grounded. One key element she felt was missing in the local fitness scene was infrared heat, something she had deeply benefited from in her own practice. Bringing that technology to Western New York became a cornerstone of the studio’s wellness philosophy.
Jessica’s passion for teaching began early. As a teenager in Connecticut, she taught summer camps with the National Cheerleaders Association, and in her 3rd year with the company she became a Head Instructor. That led to her spending months traveling the Northeast region to lead clinics and camps. Her career then expanded into the apparel industry, where she developed and led teams nationwide.
Today, she serves as the Vice President of Design and custom apparel management for Varsity All Star Fashion & Varsity Spirit. Balancing a high-level leadership role with her deep commitment to fitness and community gives her the perfect blend in her day to day.
As Jessica’s responsibilities expanded, she recognized the need to delegate and develop leadership within her team. Seeing strong potential in Cat, she took her under her wing, mentoring her in the business aspects and daily operations. Through Jessica’s guidance, Cat grew into a key leader, helping to manage the team and drive the business forward
It was during this fast-paced career that yoga entered her life—not only as a physical practice but as a source of mental clarity and balance. After experiencing postpartum challenges following the birth of her son, Jessica turned to yoga more seriously, crediting it with helping her through a transformative period of healing and self-discovery. She completed Level 1 and Level 2 teacher training through the Baptiste Institute and honors the integrity of Power Yoga to lead powerful, purpose-driven flow classes at the studio.
Her love of movement didn’t stop there. Jessica also pursued Barre training in Nashville, adding another modality to her teaching toolkit. She brings her unique approach to every class and mentors a team of passionate instructors—many of whom, like her, relocated to the Buffalo area and bring outside experience and fresh perspectives.
In 2021, Jessica deepened her movement practice by dedicating several months to training in both mat Pilates and Reformer Pilates through Classical Pilates Education. She holds a deep respect for the classical method, which stays true to the original teachings of Joseph Pilates. Her approach emphasizes the importance of alignment, form, breathwork, and flow—hallmarks of the classical style that she integrates into every Pilates class with purpose and precision.
Jessica has created an inclusive and welcoming space at Buff & Flo, with offerings for every age, ability level, and fitness interest. She believes deeply in technique-driven, hands-on instruction and encourages each teacher to bring their own strengths and style to the mat. Her goal is simple: to offer a diverse range of classes that support personal growth, community connection, and lifelong wellness.

With a background as a competitive dancer, she spent years traveling for dance and training with various dance companies, experiences that taught her not only the importance of caring for the body, but also the value of community and connection.
Today, Bella brings those experiences into her work as both a dance and Pilates instructor. She believes movement is about more than just fitness. it’s about supporting physical and mental well-being while helping people feel strong, confident, energized, and simply good in their bodies.
She graduated from Buffalo State University with a degree in Arts and Sciences, majoring in Interior Design. Her creative background has shaped the way she approaches both life and teaching, bringing fresh perspectives, adaptability, hard work, and a sense of fun into every class she leads.
Her goal is to create an uplifting and welcoming environment where clients can move their bodies, connect with themselves and others, and leave class feeling their very best.
Come shine with Bella!

Caitlin is Southtowns born and raised. Growing up in Hamburg, she graduated from Frontier High School, headed down the street to Hilbert College for a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and now lives in the heart of the Village of Hamburg. Having done gymnastics from a young age through high school, she has always leaned towards workouts that use our body's weight over weights and machines at the gym. Barre and Mat Pilates provides the desired body weight workout while also strengthening that mind body connection giving you time on your mat to focus on you.
All levels welcome; we guarantee you'll feel those muscles working and booty's burning no matter what prior experience you have!

After finding Pilates 12 years ago, she took the leap to become an instructor knowing she could incorporate these passions while also adding her love for fitness. Jill grew up in Buffalo, NY but left after completing her Master’s Degree in Social Work. She was blessed with the opportunity to live in Hawaii and travel to the Pacific and Asia. These experiences opened her eyes to different cultures and spiritual practices. After leaving the islands, and moving to Tennessee, took the next step in shaping and advancing her interest in Yoga. She completed her 200 hour teacher training in 2012 at Sanctuary for Yoga in Nashville, TN with hopes of integrating it with her work as a child and family therapist. Seeking more knowledge, she then completed a 300 hour teacher training with a specialty in Ayurvedic Wellness (one of the world’s oldest whole-body healing systems).
Jill is the mom of an amazing young man, Alexander, who has been the best teacher. He motivates her to want to be a better person, someone he will admire and model himself after.
She loves all things spiritual. She loves nature, meditation, and chanting. She is not flexible - physically speaking - so she has to work at it, accepting and surrendering to the challenges of the asana practice. Jill loves yoga because it helps her to show up fully for life, to evolve - to see things differently and explore her greater self.

Seeking out more understanding for the mind, body, & spirit has always been an adventure. Growing up, Robin was always searching for a connection. A connection to the magic of the world. Robin had been a very active child and teenager growing up. There were many times she questioned universal love and how one could truly find that divine love and light through self, and how to make an authentic creative connection in her own way to others.
On her 24th birthday, she hopped on a plane solo to Koh Phangan, Thailand where she received her RYT 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training for Ashtanga Vinyasa Mysore Primary Series. She became certified through All Yoga Thailand in November, 2016. Since then, she has continued her education in fitness and wellness. She is now certified in Yin Yoga, Buti Yoga and Barre Intensity.
Two of her favorite quotes are:
"Yoga is about stilling the turbulence of consciousness."
- Patanjali"Strength doesn't come from what you can do. It comes from overcoming the things you once thought you couldn't."
Robin's devotion to her own practice, as well as teaching has developed into a constant desire for learning and growing. This has led her to a deeper understanding in how one can connect to their own practice and student.

These high technology Infrared panels are designed to create a hot environment for your yoga practice. They work by emitting infrared radiation which directly heats objects and the body rather than warming the air like conventional heating systems. This method provides a more comfortable way to practice in the studio without any toxins or allergens. This approach can offer benefits like improved muscle recovery, enhanced circulation and provides a healthier heat for your muscles and joints without the extra sticky humidity!
Our heated classes at Buff & Flo run from 95 to 99 degrees.
*We are the ONLY infrared heated studio in Western New York.

Prerequisites are required for all Pilates reformer and apparatus classes for your safety. We require:
Taking the Intro to Pilates Private Sessions (two of them).
Taking a Beginner Reformer Series which consists of 5 classes in a 5 week series
We are a classical Pilates-based studio so exercises and movements may differ from other Pilates studios. For safety and liability reasons, every client must complete at least one of the pre-requisites, regardless of any prior experience. This also ensures a smooth transition to our reformer classes, and allows for the best class experience!

The first class you book using your package will be registered in MindBody as the start date of that package. For example, if the first class you book with your package is on March 31st, MindBody considers March 31st the start date of your package and also the first day of activation. Therefore, if you try to book a class on March 30th (after already booking March 31st with that package), MindBody will not think you have a package active for that date (since March 30th is before March 31st). This goes for anything prior to March 31st.
To fix this:
Cancel the first class you booked with your package. In this case you would cancel your March 31st class (as well as anything after March 31st that was booked with the package).
Choose the earliest date you want to attend class. In this case, you would choose March 30th or anything prior to March 31st as your first booking. Then MindBody will register that date as the “start” of your package.
Rebook March 31st and anything after that date.
For any questions, please contact the studio at 716-800-5267.
-
We do not recommend our heated classes for pregnant clients. Please consult with your doctor before partaking in any exercise class while pregnant, especially one that is heated.
-
ALWAYS consult with your doctor before partaking in any exercise class while pregnant. Any of our pre & postnatal classes are great for expecting moms. Mini Private Pilates Sessions are also a popular option since they are one-on-one. A prenatal-certified instructor can tailor the session to your needs for pregnancy and beyond.

ClassPass is a third party membership that allows you to book classes at a variety of studios. Class bookings are based on credits, and can vary depending on the popularity, time of day, and type of class. Since it is a third party entity, Buff & Flo has no control over how many credits a class costs, the cancellation window, or your account.
-
ClassPass spots are limited. This number depends on popularity, time of day and type of class. For example, only 7 spots could be available on ClassPass for a 30 person Hot Pilates class available on MindBody (the studio booking app). If all 7 spots are booked through ClassPass members, even if the overall 30 person class isn’t full, ClassPass will not be able to reserve you a spot. Studio members get first priority for all bookings. So the best way to ensure you can book a spot for the class you want is to purchase a studio membership or single class drop in through MindBody.
***Since ClassPass is a third party membership, Buff & Flo has no control over this.
-
